The excitement has been bubbling in the P1 classroom over the past few weeks after Miss McGarrigle brought in an egg incubator full of eggs. The children have learnt about how chickens are born and they have been waiting patiently to see if their eggs would hatch. And low and behold, the eggs started hatching last week and they got to see and have a gentle cuddle with the baby chicks once they were ready.
