Dr Tara-Jane Duffy Educational Phychologist and Lucy Smith Assistant Educational Phychologist came to St Patrick's to train the staff in LEGO Based Therapy Training. LEGO based therapy is a social development programme designed to promote social communication and social competence. It helps pupils develop their social and interaction skills while aiding the development of social identity emphasising common purpose and shared interest, inclusion and an emphasis on "can do" rather than "can't do".
