As part of the Children's Mental Health Week this week, Mrs McAloon booked the P5/6 children in for a live arts session via Zoom. We were one of 267 schools in Northern Ireland participating and the children were tasked with recreating a scenery painting by the wellknown artist David Hockney.
The children really enjoyed the session, first scetching out the painting then using watercolours to finish it.
We really do have some budding artists in our midsts and we hope you all enjoyed seeing the finished products that the children brought home yesterday.
