This morning the Primary 6/7 children donned their imaginary investigator hats and worked through eight pieces of evidence and testimonials, trying to decide who was to blame for the sinking of The Titanic.
Once they finished their investigations they were tasked with summarising their findings and, using critical thinking, deciding who they think is the culprit and present their views to the rest of the class.
The children were really invested in this activity, enjoying discussing their findings with their group members and the class as a whole.
