On Tuesday 26th November the children from Primary 6 and 7 travelled to Omagh to visit the Ulster American Folk Park. They took part in a wonderful workshop and extended their knowledge of the Irish Famine (their topic for this term). We also got time to explore the park ourselves and see how many people lived in Ireland around the time of the Famine. The children had a wonderful day.
