Last Wednesday (26th March) was World Maths Day, and Mrs Scollan set the children in Primary 6/7 a problem-solving trail in the classroom.
The children were divided up into small groups and worked as a team to try and solve maths problems. Some were in the form of riddles, and one of the tasks was to find out what a sum spelled out on a calculator when turned upside down. Safe to say, the children enjoyed the various tasks and enjoyed working together with their friends.
